How do I build a week quickly?

Will it stop me putting someone on the wrong shift?
Yes. Every assignment is checked against roles, approved time off, availability, clashing shifts and, where your branch asks for it, 11 hours' rest between shifts. Anything that can't go ahead says why.
When does the team see the rota?
When you publish it. Everyone on it is notified and sees their shifts in the app. If you change a published week, the people affected are told.
