Start with Rota on its own. It covers building and publishing the weekly rota and gives your team one place to see their shifts. Add attendance, shift swaps or timesheets later if you need them.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create your workspace, invite your team and use the tools you choose during the 14-day trial. No payment details are needed to start.
Is it priced per person?
No. Each tool has one monthly price for your workspace, however many staff you add. Adding people, roles or branches doesn’t change the price.
Why do some tools need another one?
Shift swaps move shifts on your rota, so Shift Swaps needs Rota. Timesheets are built from clock-ins, so Timesheets needs Attendance. Choose the tool you want and Weekola adds the one it needs.
Does Weekola Brain cost extra?
No. Weekola Brain comes with every workspace and works across the tools you have switched on, so a business using Rota and Attendance can ask about both. It prepares each change for you to confirm.
Is leave management a paid tool?
No. Leave management is included in every workspace. Staff request time off, you approve it, and it shows on the rota while you plan.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Add each location to the same workspace and choose who works where. The price is per workspace, not per branch.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Tools are billed monthly with no annual contract. Cancel a tool from the billing page and it stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
