- How quickly will I get a reply?
- We aim to respond to all emails within one business day. During busy periods it may be slightly longer, but we'll always reply.
- I've forgotten my password - what should I do?
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link in your inbox within a couple of minutes.
- Can I cancel or change my subscription?
- Yes. You can add, remove, or cancel modules at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Do you offer onboarding support?
- Absolutely. We're happy to walk you through the setup process via email. Just get in touch and we'll help you get your team up and running.
- I have a feature request - where do I send it?
