How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to all emails within one business day. During busy periods it may be slightly longer, but we'll always reply.
I've forgotten my password — what should I do?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link in your inbox within a couple of minutes.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes. You can add, remove, or cancel modules at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer onboarding support?
