Is the pilot really free?
Yes. The guided pilot lasts 30 days and there is no charge for taking part.
Do I need to enter a card?
No. We do not ask for payment card details to join or start the pilot.
Do I need to move everything at once?
No. We’ll help you choose a sensible starting point, set up the team and build the first rota without forcing a rushed changeover.
Will you help set up my staff?
Yes. Staff import and first-rota setup are part of the guided programme.
What happens after 30 days?
We’ll discuss what worked, listen to your feedback and explain the founding-customer offer if you want to continue. There is no obligation to do so.
Is Weekola only for cafés?
No. Weekola is built for small shift-based teams across hospitality, retail and local services. This programme is simply focused on learning closely from independent cafés.
Do staff need to install an app?
No. Weekola works in a phone browser, so staff can open it from a secure link without an app-store installation.
